Edit Sep 2025 - the basin sink is now loose and is moving around in its hole - There's only 2 adults live here and we don't swing on the sink! I've tried to re-seal it myself but have given in - it looks like the seal has gone but I could be guessing. The plastic toilet seat now has a crack in it - again, we don't throw heavy objects at it or dance on it! The wooden door with veneer over it on the unit has warped for the 4th time (because the bathroom is so small and it gets splashed all the time from the shower) and has been replaced already 3 times - I would never have chosen this wood if I'd had design advice but they didn't offer product or design advice. I've had to send another email to get them back in to sort the above. I can see this going on for many years. I have taken to putting some waterproof masking tape all over the wooden unit edges to keep the veneer stuck down and to prevent the wood from warping. I bought it from Amazon. The toilet is also 'ghost' flushing which I had to google - "often due to a slow leak in the tank that causes the water level to drop" so they need to come and have a look at that too. Rad is coming loose. I have over 40 photos and vids from the last 33 months. They just refuse to take any accountability. They got cross with me for posting this honest negative review! They just don’t listen. They ignore emails and VMs. They are an old-fashioned pair who are so out of touch. They are so rude on the phone. I mean prehistorically rude. They have no intention of admitting their supplier products are tat. They are belligerent and have caused this solo female a real headache and money and wasted time. They’ve treated me like a mug. As I said below, I am so disappointed. It was not £7.5K well spent at all. I'm hoping they've improved their service offering since I had my bathroom fitted and other people receive a better experience. Three emails have gone unanswered so left a VM. Aug 2023 - Looked great when done. I loved it. Then a catalogue of issues unfurled within just weeks. Eight months later I’m so disappointed and feel let down. Don’t buy the Roper Rhodes stuff from them. It’s shabby quality. Don’t get a walk-in shower if your drains are old. I got no up-front advice. I’ve called them back 4 times in eight months and there’s still things that aren’t right. They don’t offer any design or product advice - just fit. You’re choosing blindly. They’ve rectified things but I would not have chosen the products I chose had I known they were so fragile and shoddy for my small bathroom. No apology from them either. Go for a bathroom company that offers design and product advice would be my rec. unless you know all about bathrooms. I’m trying hard to retain my disappointment but I’ve had enough now. £7.5k not well spent. We live & learn.

We recently had our bathroom refitted, taking out a bath and fitting a shower, along with new units, sink and toilet. We also had the bathroom fully tiled. On top of all that we had new lighting, along with a new ceiling, and a stud wall built housing a cupboard. The room was taken back to bare bricks before they started working on the new bathroom, and most of the pipework was replaced. It was a very thorough job. It was a lot of work, so it wasn't quite finished in the week, but as promised they came back the following week and did all the finishing touches. The guys who came in to do the work were great, very professional, friendly, and polite. They checked with us to sort out the finer details, even down to what colour we wanted the tile grouting. The attention to detail is amazing. The products fitted, like the units, shower base, and shower fittings, are really nice quality. They did everything as agreed and the price was exactly what was quoted. I think the price was very fair. We're really pleased with the end result. Excellent work, and everyone we met and dealt with was brilliant. Very happy with the bathroom.

Don't use this company ever , very unreliable as don't respond to queries or questions.. I emailed in on five occasions about an upgrade to quote, but no one got back including the designer who attended Mr Tony Taplin..very poor service. I subsequently placed my £10,000 bathroom order to a competitor. City bathrooms .
