I would recommend this company to anyone. Spencer and his team were very efficient, worked from 7:30-5PM every day and if something unexpected came up the solution was found in no time. On top of this they were a joy to have in the house and left my house very clean and tidy.

Neil and his team of three delivered an exemplary standard of bathroom renovation. From start to finish, their professionalism was evident. Their meticulous attention to detail ensured every aspect of the project was completed to the highest standard. Particularly noteworthy was the immaculate cleanliness and order they maintained throughout. Im really pleased with the bathroom basin tap replacements that Neil did today. He showed up on time, worked quickly and efficiently and left zero mess for me to tidy up. I had several quotes for this small job and Spencer and Son were by far the most competitive price wise. Neil is a real professional and it was refreshing to have all the work written down and provided to us in a document. The quote came through very quickly and we were kept up to date with timescales and any changes. As for the work itself both Neil's were always on time, tidy and meticulous in their work offering suggestions and advice for the best outcome. They were flexible when it came to a few changes which we had highlighted in advance. The bathroom looks amazing and I'm pretty sure our hall stairs and landing was left cleaner than it was before the work! Thanks again, we will be back for the kitchen next time!

Neil Spencer and sons are professional, competent trades people and completely transformed my kitchen. They carried out a superb transformation of our large toilet/shower room a few years ago and we have no problem in recommending and using them in the future.

Neil and team re-fitted my en-suite and bathroom in September 2020 (as well as my kitchen in 2021) and they did a great job which I’ve been really pleased with. The extraction fan in the en-suite stopped working last month and I messaged Neil one evening asking about its warranty. In less than an hour, Neil had replied saying he thought it was five years and would phone me in the morning. He called before 9am to confirm it was still in warranty and 3 days later he replaced the extractor unit without me having to do anything else. If you are thinking of hiring Neil and team there’s no need to hesitate - they will do a great job and will look after their clients in the years after.

Neil and his co-worker worked meticulously replacing our shower, taking time to be precise, neat, tidy, methodical and showing great attention to detail. They were professional and courteous at all times and I would absolutely recommend them to others and invite Spencer and Son back for any work required in the future. To find a bathroom team of this standard and integrity has been a breath of fresh air and we have been delighted with their work.
