The workmanship across both rooms has been completed to a very high standard. On site, Jack was consistently punctual, kept the work areas very tidy, and was highly respectful of our home. His commitment to the job was particularly notable as he maintained steady progress despite working through a period of extreme summer temperatures. From a project management perspective, Jack took the stress out of the build. He seamlessly coordinated the additional sub-contractors (plastering and electrics) with minimal fuss and total professionalism. The service prior to the installation was equally strong. Jack arranged for us to use a 3D CAD design service at a local showroom to help us visualise the layout, and he passed on his substantial trade discounts for the sanitary ware and tiles, which provided significant savings on the materials. A highly reliable and recommended contractor who delivers excellent results.

The job was to gut and replace an old, out of date bathroom and replace with all new shower, bath, wash handbasin and loo, tile all walls, install new cupboards and worktops, replace old radiator with a new heated towel rail, install new bathroom cabinet and lay new flooring. As soon as we met Jack, I was confident that we had chosen the right man for the job. From design, through installation to completion, Jack has been an absolute joy as have his suppliers. Nothing has been too much trouble, his work has been professional, competent and carefully carried out with great attention to detail. Any "hiccups" (expected in a house of this vintage) were quickly and effectively dealt with and we were kept up to date with progress throughout. We are absolutely delighted with the end result. I cannot fault Jack in any way for the work he carried out in installing a new bathroom for me in the last 2 weeks . He was always very polite, courteous and patient. He never rushed into anything and made sure he consulted me all the way through to make sure everything was what I’d expected and envisaged. He tidied up every day before he left. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jack to do anyone’s bathroom. Such a pleasure to have a hard working professional workman to do the job .
