We approached having a new bathroom with some anxiety relating to upheaval and impact. Having visited other bathroom shops, Wash Bathrooms immediately put us at ease with a confident "can do" approach. Lewis helped us to plan and select our bathroom with Ed and the owner, Ian, supporting us also, with queries and changes. Ian recommended Richard to fit it and he was fantastic. Hard working, high standards and fully focused, even in scorching temperatures. Now all complete and we are thrilled with the end result and can't express enough how much we appreciate the whole teams approach and interest. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Really happy with the bathroom supplied to us by Wash Bathrooms. It was really helpful to be able to see the bays showing a good selection of options, and Lewis was really helpful helping us fine tune our design. The delivery team could not have been more helpful getting everything up to the first floor for us. As a heating engineer I can appreciate how much better quality the bathroom is compared to a DIY centre bathroom, and everything was a dream to fit. The supplied tiles were well made and fit really well into the design. Finding out we also qualified for zero VAT due to my partner having Diabetes was a nice surprise which nobody else had told us about. Its a big thumbs up from us and would heartily recommend going to Wash Bathrooms.

We recently used Lewis at Wash Bathrooms again to design 5 new bathrooms for Ashbys Hotel, following a fantastic experience with a previous project at our home. Being very particular about design, product longevity, and high-end finishes, I couldn't be happier with their service and the products supplied. I am not the easiest customer as I always strive for perfection, so I cannot thank them enough for getting everything exactly how I imagined it. Their communication and design expertise were excellent, and they perfectly balanced luxury with practical hotel functionality. Furthermore, Lewis recommended a fitter—Newway Mechanical—and Alfie and his team did an absolutely amazing job. The installation was seamless, and the finished bathrooms look stunning.
