We had 3 bathrooms and a WC designed and supplied by Prime Bathrooms. The team at Prime are incredibly professional, the designs were exactly what we wanted and the quality of the products are exceptional. We were in communication every step of the renovation and the finished bathrooms are better than we could have ever imagined. Exceptional service.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish with Prime Bathrooms! From the moment we first walked in, the team were professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. The design they put together was spot on—practical, stylish, and made the most of the space. Nothing ever felt rushed, and they were always happy to answer questions and offer advice. The fitter they recommended was just as impressive. His workmanship was top quality, attention to detail was second to none, and he kept everything clean and tidy throughout the job. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work, and it shows in the finished result. Communication was excellent the whole way through, and everything ran smoothly without any stress. It’s rare to find such a reliable and professional service these days, but these guys delivered on every level. Couldn’t be happier with the end result—would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bathroom!

Had our new bathroom designed by Matt and the team. Genuinely great customer service, really valuable advice especially on the best use of the space as our bathroom isn't that big. They were really prompt in responding to emails both during and after sales. We liked that we didn't have to chase anything up,it just got done when they said it would get done. The fact that they don't have to use any pushy sales techniques speaks volumes for how good and knowledgeable they all are. We've already designed our en suite to be done next.

I’ve had x2 full bathroom suites from Matt and the team over the past year and their design skills and customer service is second to none. The kit they provide is top quality, I’m very meticulous with my DIY and hard to please, however the team really do go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. Matt has great attention to detail with his designs and I can’t recommend them enough.

Matt and Alex were great in helping me redo my bathroom. Their experience and recommendations were really useful and helped to achieve a great end result. An issue that arose during the fitting was dealt with swiftly and without fuss. I would definitely recommend using Prime Bathrooms!

Prime Bathrooms have recently designed and supplied the materials for our family bathroom and en-suite. The level of service we received from our very first concept meeting to completion has been outstanding as well as the quality of products supplied. Nothing has been too much trouble. Always available at the end of the phone , Going out of their way to delivery singular items to keep the job flowing in conjunction with our tiler/plumber.
