I can’t recommend Eric at Visual Bathrooms enough. From first discussions, to the design process of how to best use the space, to trying different ‘looks’ and discussing different materials and budgets. Eric is attentive and will work with you until you are happy. Eric has a wealth of knowledge and experience to tap into. He also hires the best people to fit the bathrooms and I had Carl and Dave who were superb, very skilled and thoughtful in their work and who added further value with their suggestions. I have my dream bathroom. And I will be going back to Eric to re-fit my en-suite next. I love my new bathroom. Thank you team. ❤️

Absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. Eric was exceptional in his attention to detail with the design and we only made very small changes to what he had chosen for us based on our initial discussion and site visit. Dave fitted everything to perfection together with the electrician who assisted, Dave communicated really well - we knew what time he would arrive each day and he worked very cleanly considering the job! Would highly recommend this team 🤩.

Just had a wonderful bathroom designed and fitted and we're very happy with it. Eric has been very helpful and sorted a great team of plumber, tiller, electrician and gas engineer (to fit a new boiler). All have been superb working hard to a very high standard, leaving the site tidy every night and ensuring disruption to our daily life was at a minimum. First class job!

I would highly recommend Visual bathrooms. The design by Eric was perfect, and came in on budget. His experience in design shines through; recommending a different tile colour to my original choice which I have to admit did look better. Eric even accommodated a last minute design change on the first day of installation, with no complaints, despite the fact it created unplanned extra work and stress for him. He simply wants the room to be right for the customer. The fitters, Carl and Dave were out-standing. Professional, highly skilled with an attention to detail that is rare these days. They matched the grout perfectly to my tiles. And they happily go that extra mile to make the room perfect. Good trades are a rare commodity and they are two of the best.

We had a new bathroom fitted in an old house. Eric and the team did a fantastic job in designing the layout and advising on products in accordance with our requests. The fitting process went smoothly and the finished bathroom is excellent. Thank you.

We are delighted with the result. We searched city wide for a company to take up our bathroom project, visiting numerous showrooms to see what was on offer. As a person, I am very, very cautious when spending our hard earned money, and need some convincing before I commit to anything. From the moment we entered the showroom, we felt comfortable, trusting and never felt like we were hoodwinked or swept along etc. The advice and recommendations were spot on, and helped us to make our choices for our new bathroom. The installation and fitting is to a first class standard, attention to detail is spot on. Would highly recommend this business to family and friends.
