Had a wonderful experience with Plumb Factory from initial conversations to full meetings and then the purchase of materials. Shauna was particularly incredible, so attentive at literally every stage of the process. When the job moved quicker than we were expecting she diligently got everything sorted and ordered in time for when it was required! Also the quality of the stuff they offer is incredible, obsessed with the tiles!

Beautiful showroom with quality high-end bathrooms. I went in for a look and saw just what I wanted. Good location with plenty of customer parking. Helpful input from Anya and the guys on the Trade Counter are always cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, advice and support from the Plumb Factory in Horwich with our bathroom refit. Shauna, in particular, spent a lot of time with me on many occasions in order to help me decide on the best plan. We’re very happy with the end result. If they had been able to link us to a fitter, who could then have been involved from the very beginning, I’ve no doubt I would have given five stars.

Excellent company! always delivers a great service, been stuck a few times on last minute materials/orders and joe goes above and beyond to make sure we get what we need in the quickest time possible so our jobs can continue to run smoothly. The full team in plumb factory are hard workers and always serve with a smile. Bathroom designs are top quality and again the team are nothing but helpful and willing to do what it takes to provide the best service possible.
