Ash is blooming amazing!! Really helpful and super clued up on everything. We had a rough idea of what we wanted but we really needed some direction which he provided, Ash talked us through all of our options and made sure we fully understood everything. We ordered tiles for six bathrooms from Roccia. I was genuinely impressed from start to finish. The customer service from Shabs and his colleagues was exceptional. He took the time to understand what I needed, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never made us feel rushed. Their product knowledge was spot‑on, and they helped me choose tiles that suited both my style and budget.

Bought all our bathroom and downstairs tiles from Roccia. Absolutely fantastic service from Shabs. He spent the whole afternoon with us and helped us choose the right products for us. Excellent experience at Roccia Tiles Bolton. Shabs was excellent and provided brilliant customer services. Any issues were sorted immediately. We had whole house and bathrooms renovated and extended and had lots of complements about tiles from our friends and family. We had a fantastic experience with this tile store! They offer an enormous selection of tiles that can suit any interior design. We decided on the large 120x120 tiles, and they are simply stunning in our space. The delivery was impressively quick, and although one tile arrived damaged, they replaced it without any hassle. Overall, our home has been transformed, and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality tiles!
