Nottingham Bathroom Fitter

I previously had a renovation carried out through Steve Brooks of Nottingham bathroom fitter, Yorkshire Rose Ltd, Bathroom Supreme Limited, formerly Steve Brooks Bathrooms Limited and many other companies he uses , who now appears to be calling himself Alex Smith. He took a large deposit from me, then passed the job on to some random guys I never met before - Shepherd’s Home. They were intimidating and made me pay another deposit, this time to them, saying they had nothing to do with Steve. Steve ordered random items for my bathroom, then washed his hands of the situation and told me I had to deal with Shepherd’s Home directly. Shepherd’s Home then carried out poor-quality work, missed agreed workdays, behaved disrespectfully and intimidatingly, and repeatedly lied. In the end, I had to let them go because I needed the kitchen completed properly. I lost around £5,000 to these people, along with months of peace and a huge amount of stress.
