In Nottingham, a single account describes a bathroom renovation arranged through a person linked to several limited companies in the same trade, who is said to be using a different name. According to the customer, a substantial deposit was taken before any work began, after which the project was handed to tradespeople previously unknown to them, identified in the account as Shepherd's Home.

These individuals are described as intimidating and are said to have demanded a second deposit before continuing. The account raises concern about who was actually responsible for the renovation and about the money already paid over. No view is offered on the standard of any completed fitting at 4 Ferrers Walk.
