I couldn't be happier with the bathroom Roy at Newcastle Bathroom Co. fitted for me. He understood what I wanted and didn't try to deter me from my choices but gave me good advice for making the most of a small bathroom. He was an absolute perfectionist - straightening the walls before tiling, hanging the medicine cabinet as neatly as possible with lines of tiles and various other modifications in order to get the best results. The tiling is excellent and so far, everything is working really well. He was very tidy at the end of a day's work and left the place spotless. He was so lovely to work with, and I trusted him implicitly so left my keys with him so he could come and go whilst I was at work. A 10/10 review from me!

Roy was great to communicate with and turned exactly when he said he would. He stripped our old bathroom out and repaired all walls of the flood damage, then tiled, reinstalled the bathroom with some new elements. The job was done quickly and to a high standard. It was a pleasure to deal with him throughout the process.

Roy was communicative, punctual and professional throughout the entire process of refitting our bathroom and we are very happy with the result. We had to leave our property for a few days and Roy continued to work on our bathroom. This was only possible because we actually trusted him to take care of our house. The work has been to a very high standard and the costs were agreed upfront and any additional fees due to unexpected problems were transparently communicated and costed for.
