Makeover Bathrooms Gateshead.

Carl and his team have done a brilliant job to replace my son’s a very tired bathroom for a walk in shower with fitted furniture. He is very very happy with the makeover and the quality of the work. From the outset, Carl was brilliant, he was very professional and knowledgeable and made suggestions for the new bathroom to gave more space. His quote was extremely competitive and very good value for money. Carl had an unexpected cancellation and was able to do the job within the week, which was great. Carl kept in touch with progress and coped with additional requests. He also fixed rotten floorboards, kitchen ceiling and broken bathroom window handle as part of the job. It was a pleasure to work with Carl and his team, they were honest, reliable and respectful of the property - he left the house in a very clean state and delivered a first class job!!! I can’t recommend Carl and his team highly enough, they exceeded my expectations and I would have no hesitation to recommend them to family and friends (and anyone else). I must also thank the suppliers Carl recommended (Westerhope Tiling Centre, Ceiling 2Floor and Impact Bathrooms) as they were all very helpful when choosing tiles, flooring and fittings for new bathroom.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Carl replied quickly and gave a clear fixed price quote to replace all units, the bath panel and the flooring. He offered great advice with better options than we’d originally chosen. The job was completed in two days — they worked hard, cleaned up, and took all the rubbish away. Excellent attention to detail with some really nice finishing touches. Highly recommended.

Pleasant, polite and friendly team who kept the mess down to a minimum throughout the job and turned up when they said they would. I was absolutely delighted with my new bathroom and would have highly recommended them. The problem began a couple of months after the fitting, when I began to smell damp in the house and noticed the brickwork outside was wet, Walter came out to see it and at first denied it was happening, then Carl came out, found the problem and sorted it, I was happy to let that go without comment even though the sealant around the shower was left in a bit of a state, But, I also had the flooring carried from the bathroom through the hallway, which cost a good deal extra, but I thought it would be a good idea as I had loose floorboards which needed to be sorted, I paid for the floorboards being secured and the flooring fitted. There are still 2 floorboards loose under the flooring and 18 months on, the flooring is breaking up beside the living room door, where the flooring has obviously been fitted too tightly and causing strain on the joint. Now I will have to get the flooring replaced ... more expense and hassle.

Carl is fantastic at what he does and takes pride in his work to perfection. He took on a very large bathroom conversion, making 2 rooms 1. There was nothing that bothered him he was always too willing to help with anything, including the design. The price was fair , and the time scale was completed on time.
