We would highly recommend Matt. He is one of those rare tradespeople who genuinely takes pride in his work. He works thoughtfully, carefully and meticulously, explains everything clearly as he goes, and is remarkably tidy throughout. Having a bathroom replaced is always disruptive, but Matt made the process as painless as possible. We’re delighted with the end result.

We absolutely love our new shower room. Matt was brilliant and offered lots of advice right from the first visit and helped us make the right decisions around what we wanted. He also discussed issues and options throughout the process to ensure we were still happy and had no regrets. The quality of Matt's work is outstanding and he always leaves the place tidy every night and I can't recommend him enough. We will definitely want him to do our downstairs cloakroom. Matt is extremely friendly and good fun so it was a pleasure having him around. He always turns up when he says he will and never let's you down

We are delighted with our new en-suite bathroom. Matt takes time and great care to get things just right and involved us fully in the details of exactly what we wanted. Nothing is too much trouble. Matt is meticulous in the quality of his work and the standard is excellent. He and Graham, who worked with Matt throughout, are both very skilled craftsmen and were a pleasure to have in the house. The design work carried out by Maxine at Plumbline was also of an extremely high standard and she was very helpful and patient - we changed our minds more than once! If we were to have another bathroom fitted we would certainly return to Matt.

We’re thrilled with our new bathroom, completely remodelled from scratch in just four weeks. Matt and Mark were a pleasure to have around professional, helpful, and meticulous. The finish is stunning, with no shortcuts taken. Highly recommend them—Matt’s already booked to do our downstairs toilet next!

I can't recommend Matt and his colleague Gray highly enough. They have completed the total overhaul of two bathrooms for us and made an amazing job of what turned out to be a more extensive project than any of us expected. Despite a number of things that put them behind schedule, they still completed the job on time. From the first time I met Matt to discuss the project, he was full of ideas, suggestions and recommendations. He continued to be happy to adapt and adjust things as the project evolved until we have ended up with 2 fabulous bathrooms that are way better than we ever thought possible. Working with Matt was a real pleasure! In addition to a bathroom remodel, we had a tricky plumbing issue that needed a solution.
