Luxo Living Ltd

Went to the Luxo Living Ltd showroom on a recommendation. We met with Annette who took her time with us. We explained what we wanted for en suite, family bathroom and cloak room. We were shown around and given plenty time to look at all that was on offer in the showroom and to chat amongst ourselves until we made a decision. Annette was available if we needed her but not crowding us at all. Whenever we had any questions, Annette was there to answer them and guide us towards a better option, if required. This came into play with one of our radiator choices. She suggested a narrower version of the type we wanted (vertical radiator) which turned out to be perfect for the size of the room it was intended for. Everything has been fitted now with the exception of the radiator for the cloak room. There is a week’s delay on it. Not Luxo Living Ltd fault as the delay is on the manufacturing side. Everything we got seems to be of high quality which is good for me as I’m on the heavy handed side and it feels very robust to my hands. We received a very helpful email from Luxo Living Ltd telling us how to register our products with the various manufacturers to qualify for the guarantees. I’d recommend using Luxo Living Ltd to my family and friends.

We had our bathroom replaced just before Christmas 25 and we are very pleased with Andrew and Anette for their help through design and sourcing and with mobility aid financing, it was a great bonus. The removal of our original and replacement shower room was completed by Mariusz who worked tirelessly and was extremely skillful and professional in every way. Mariusz included us in every step of the way whilst fitting the design to suit our needs. We would recommend Luxo Living to anyone wanting a new bathroom fitted to an excellent standard with a skillset from design to completion that is second to none.

We had a new bathroom and en-suite fitted. They both look great but unfortunately the water from the POWER shower trickles out and the bath takes about 20 minutes to run. Ultimately the equipment installed is not fit for purpose. If the pressure in the system is not strong enough than this should have been resolved as part of the installation process. I have contacted Andrew on several occasions on his response is “I haven’t got time” It is now going to cost me nearly £2000 to get the correct pressure in the system to got the equipment functioning as intended. I could not recommend this company unfortunately, they’ve done half a job !

Luxo Living was highly recommended to us and is a Fantastic company to deal with. Andrew did an excellent job of completely redesigning our bathroom making it appear bigger and less cluttered. Annette did a fantastic job with the admin side, itemizing every part of the instalation. The instalation team, Malik and Maurice, were absolutely fantastic, they are very professional and take great pride in their work, always arriving on time and keepimg us updated with their progress and discussing any alterations with us. They were very polite and friendly, extremely hard working and tidied up every evening before they left. The whole job was completed with minimum disruption. The team were amazing. Excellent service, really understanding about the needs of my disabled mother. Cannot recommend highly enough. This is the 3rd shower they have done for our family and all are fabulous.

So it's late 2019 and refitting my downstairs cloakroom is next on the to-do list. I did some looking around and decided to strip out the room in advance. Suddenly, COVID hits and everything is shut down. After the year or so of open/shut with the lockdowns, I lost heart and let things drag. I dallied for the best part of four years. Earlier this year I discussed with Andy my needs and my likes/dislikes. Finally I committed to the refit and several other plumbing jobs that had arisen, I was very apprehensive. I shouldn't have worried. Malek and Marius were brilliant. Great work ethic, very capable, excellent standard of installation, explained everything and asked me questions about things I might not have considered. Result: perfection. Great experience from start to finish. Andy from the shop did a home visit and produced a full plan with multiple options all well explained and costed. Malek and Maraus (apologies if the spelling is wrong), the bathroom fitters were hard working, polite, explained everything and discussed the options where needed. They tidied up every night, arrived punctually every morning, I basically cannot commend them enough. I was dreading the prospect of having the bathroom replaced as a one bathroom household, but the Luxo team made everything a breeze for us. I would recommend Luxo Living to anyone. Thank you.
