Friendly team, easy to work with and the bathroom came out looking great. I came to LJB bathrooms with my own design which they executed beatifully.

I was very impressed with the service received by the team. I needed an en-suite shower replacing urgently and Louis and the team made sure it happened well within my timeframe. Polite and responsive team. They even sourced and fitted a loo seat which was a last minute request! I’ll be using them again in the future. Thank you guys! 🤩

Very positive experience with this company. Need a bathroom refitted? They do more than install. First, it starts with a visit with their design and supply arm, Royalty Bathrooms. They do the on-site survey, help you select materials and fixtures and later on, they generate a 3D view of what you discussed. After that they schedule the installation date (you don't have to wait too long). This is where LJB Bathrooms take over from Royalty Bathrooms. Louis has a team of installers, who are quite good but a team will differ from each other. We experienced 3 problems during installation plus one after installation. What I can say is, Louis Bouse, the owner managed to solve ALL the issues within the day that I placed a call. It's actually 4 calls in 4 different days. The issues were all addressed and solved straightaway. In short, the quality of the end product is very good and the customer support is outstanding. Would have given 4 stars because of the issues that cropped up but decided to give a full 5-star rating because of their capacity to resolve quickly any installation problems. I highly recommend them. In fact, will use them again for another bathroom refit.

LJB Bathrooms were amazing from start to finish! From the moment Adrian provided the quote, he was accommodating, flexible, and really took the time to understand what I wanted. He helped me choose the perfect design, and the end result is absolutely incredible — exactly what I had envisioned. The customer service throughout was fantastic. We have just had our tiny shower room completely refurbished by LJB Bathrooms. Very impressive. We solely went with LJB Bathrooms through online reviews. We can highly recommend. Adrian listened to our needs during the initial design visit suggesting options before visiting the showroom to discuss/choose the final design. Our fitters Jnr and Romeo went above and beyond. Louis and his team completely transformed my tiny bathroom to a stunning place I now love to relax in. Louis also helped in an emergency just before Christmas at 7pm at night when a pipe burst in our rental property and left our tenants without heating or water, stayed until very late to ensure the problem was repaired, truly is a genuine person you can trust which is hard to find these days. All the guys that work for Louis are a credit to him too. I would highly recommend.
