Jon with Harry have recently finished my bathroom installation, it was done on time and to a high standard, prior to the fitting Jon took me to select my bathroom fittings and also tiles I also received his trade discount, both Jon & Harry were very polite whilst working on my property and were very tidy making sure they cleaned up at the end of each day. I would certainly recommend them for your next project.

I can’t recommend Jon and Harry enough if you need your bathroom refitting. Their prices are reasonable and the work was completed on time and to an amazing standard. They were attentive to our requests and careful not to make a mess. They even did little extras for us like hanging the mirror and putting up a shower rail and loo roll holder we had bought from elsewhere.

Jon and Harry gutted and fitted a new family bathroom for us. They did great work and we are so happy with final product. Jon was really responsive to our ideas and thoughts and had options for us to consider using his vast experience and expertise. Jon and his son Harry conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism from start to finish. Jon's attention to detail, as mentioned in the other reviews, is second to none and really does leave you with immense confidence that the job is going to be completed to the highest standard. Jon helped with the process from start to finish, helping to source the materials from a local supplier he's been using for years (who were also great all the way through) as well as providing design input, being clear on the limitations of the options and managing everything perfectly. A real benefit being that the supplier of the bathroom equipment kept hold of it all until it was needed for the job so everything was delivered as and when required rather than having to store in your own garage or similar. Jon also arranged for an electrician he knows well to wire in a new mirror and a new thermostat. Again, we just discussed what was needed and Jon organised the rest. Can't recommend Jon and Harry enough. They really do go the extra mile, were polite and courteous through the entire job and are also good value compared to other quotes I received. Thanks so much

Jon renovated our bathroom during September 2023. We live in a terraced house in Harborne with a downstairs bathroom. Jon (with Harry) updated our bathroom, including: a new suite (with trade discount), new tiling and a new floor (even covering a surprise man hole cover). Jon was warm and friendly and had a strong focus on detail, he offered aesthetic advice such as using tiles to make a border rather than wood. Jon organised Andy, an electrician, to fit a new fan, switch box and lighting. Jon delivered the project on time (we naively had guests staying the day after the project was due to finish. It was complete and we got great reviews!). Throughout, Jon made a real effort to make sure the house stayed as tidy as possible. Huge thanks to Jon, and apologies for the slow review. Jon and his assistant did an absolutely fantastic job for me. New main bathroom and an ensuite. Can't stop looking at them! Jon is very professional, experienced, helpful and friendly.
