I recently had a bathroom that was over 40 years old transformed into a new modern versatile looking one with a new ceiling, lights, flooring, bath, sink and shower. The whole process throughout was effortless and professional. Dean and his team are polite, transparent and great to communicate with and the work was done to a high standard especially the fitting of the components. I throughly recommend.

Guys in shop who spoke to us were cheery, professional and knowledge about the products. They offered alternative solutions to our problem. Overall an excellent experience.
Great Store
I had both bathrooms and my kitchen done by them. I was very pleased with results but most importantly whenever I have minor issues such as with cupboard doors etc, they are always willing to help out. Dean and Eric are lovely people too!!!
TERRIBLE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Bathroom fitter did a cowboy job of replacing old bathtub and sealant work was awful. Had to call again to have them redo the sealant work and the bath panel cracked due to mishandling by the fitter. We were promised by a man named Dean that they would provide us with a replacement bath panel, however we did not receive this until 6 months later and when we did receive it, the sizing was inaccurate and they refused to have a fitter cut the panel to size and we were also refused a refund! Woman by the name of Tracey was incredibly rude and unhelpful on the phone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY AND GO ELSEWHERE!
