Prompt, practical assistance characterises the account of this plumbers' merchant and bathroom showroom in Newcastle upon Tyne, at the Adamsez Industrial Estate on Scotswood Road. Jordan and Chris are named for resolving a problem in roughly five minutes while explaining everything that was needed, described as excellent lads who gave great help.

The feedback points to a supplier where a plumbing issue is dealt with on the spot, with staff taking time to give clear advice rather than simply moving stock, and the speed of the fix suggests familiarity with the fittings and parts held for bathroom supply and plumbing work.
