Householders upgrading main bathrooms, en suites and cloakrooms in Newcastle upon Tyne have left consistently positive accounts of Bathrooms @ Kingston Park. Carl and his team are named in the feedback, with several customers describing the guidance given when selecting suitable fittings. Work is repeatedly reported to have begun and ended on schedule, with mess and disruption kept to a minimum and a cheerful, positive manner maintained from the showroom through to completion.

The finished standard draws approval whether the project involved a refreshed shower area or a larger enclosure created after a cupboard was removed. One thing mentioned again and again is the breadth of sanitary ware available and the advice on what would suit each space, together with prices described as reasonable. Tidiness, punctuality and a willing attitude recur, and reviewers mention that little seemed too much trouble for those carrying out the installation.
