Many thanks to Matt Webb and Island Bathrooms. We have used them for several bathroom projects over the years. The after sales is excellent, if anything goes wrong they effortlessly take over and liaise with the manufacturers to ensure things are put right, quickly. I highly recommend them.

Everything you need in one shop! Great choice of styles and colours, and reasonably priced. Paul and Tim have been so helpful. My en-suite now looks amazing!

We just had a replacement call-out visit from Matt, due to a manufacturing fault on our shower & his service was excellent. Very knowledgeable, impeccable customer service & a genuinely nice man. It was great to meet him & discuss our other requirements for our ensuite. He was also really quick at completing the required works, so that he didn't disrupt us too much.

We originally purchased our bathroom from Island Bathrooms in 2019 about two weeks ago we noticed the bath tap was dripping. We called and spoke to Lorraine and explained we needed replacement cartridges for both of the taps as, due to the design, we didn’t know which one was dripping. She was FABULOUS, found our original order, contacted the manufacturer and they were delivered promptly direct to us. Cannot fault the aftercare service and a massive thank you to Lorraine

Great design consultation with Kirsty. She could envision exactly what we wanted and was full of great advice for our bathroom refit. Great prices as there was a 60% sale We would definitely recommend them as the products were quality and good value.

We bought a cabinet several years ago from Island Bathrooms which now needs a bulb replacement. The cabinet is discontinued so it was difficult to find the correct bulb however Matt Webb has gone over and above twice in the past week to offer us an alternative solution , which costs much less than having to purchase a new cabinet. Matt couldn’t do enough to help myself and my husband. He is what customer service should be! Thank you so much for your help - unfortunately, it’s very rare to find people as helpful as Matt. Thankyou Simon for guiding us through the process of designing our wet room. Whilst providing lots of advice and ideas, he listened to our individual ideas and we are extremely happy with the end result. We would definitely use Island Bathrooms again.
