I contacted Dolphin about completely renovating my mums bathroom, she has sever mobility issues and issues with her speech. When Shaun arrived to do the survey and go through our options he was prompt, polite and managed to speak to my mum via video call so he could understand her wishes and needs. The Fitters Paul and Steve that arrived to fit the bathroom were again punctual, hard working and nothing was too much trouble for them, they handled the whole installation with ease and made it so easy for me. The bathroom is completed to an excellent standard and will serve her for many years to come. I would highly recommend Dolphin and already have done to a number of other residents in the block. We are so pleased with our new shower enclosure. My wife has said , we should have had this carried out years ago. From initial telephone enquiry, to installation the whole process was seamless. Zoe who you speak to on the telephone was so empathetic to our requirements. Sean, the owner of the company who came to visit , was just a lovely man, and was so concise in explaining the product and the installation process ,he answered any questions I may have had before I had to ask them. Paul and Steve who arrived to carry out the work, were a great couple of guys. They arrived on time, treated our house with respect, and worked tirelessly throughout the day, until the job was finished. If only all companies operated in this manner. My mother was very happy with the installation of the walk in shower. As she has limited mobility it is ideal for her and no door for her to worry about. The installers were great and there was no mess to clear up once the job was finished, which was completed in 8hours.
