Halliwell Plumbers Merchants

Went to Halliwell Plumbers Merchant to buy some adapters today and both guys were brilliant and very friendly. I live in Northampton and was doing some work for my son in Lostock , I wish there was a Merchant like this in Northampton. Cracking service.

Been “asked” many times to go buy something I knew abs nothing about for many years. Today, on my latest request to “can you go try get a thingy for that whatsit?”, I find out my visits to HPM could have been over 40 years! Apart from “congratulations” to everyone, the fact I’ve always gone home with what was needed is absolute credit to them. Listening/interpreting/KNOWING what I needed. Usually (always) even before I’ve finished trying to explain. Lovely, friendly, helpful….. what more could I say? Excellent customer service came in for a shower tray and bought more stuff, lovely family friendly run business who can’t do enough for you. I was even fed a cake on way out. Will be back for sure.
