Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

We purchased our upstairs bathroom from Easy Bathrooms & Tiles. I had a look at the showroom and I showed my builders the bathroom that I was going to purchase. I told the sales assistant the amount of space we had in the bathroom, measurements given to me by my builders and I said what I was looking for. Bath tub, sink, toilet etc all with matching handles/ buttons. I did not need any installer to fit my bathroom as the builders were doing this nor did I need any tiles; as I said these were going to be purchased from elsewhere and EB were ok with this. Payment was made, a date and time was arranged that was convenient for delivery. Bathroom installed by the builders.

Complete new bathroom installation just completed! Great experience all round with showroom staff (Ade, Paige & Stephen), live install staff (James) very helpful and professional. We are very impressed with the quality of finish and workmanship by the installer (Artur) - one of the most professional and skilled tradesmen that has worked at our home. Attention to detail is spot-on.

We went to EasyBathrooms in Bradford after doing some research online. From beginning to end Paige was helpful in designing our bathroom. She was very knowledgeable about the products and what would work well together in our space. She was also very patient, as we changed our mind several times about the tiles! Paige recommended MA Installations who were excellent. Rob and Callum did a first class job in fitting and tiling the bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they finished ahead of schedule

Going to the Bradford Store this morning was an absolute joy. Unlike every other visit - my husband has refused to go again due to unhelpful and lazy staff. Paige was amazing this morning helpful and actually guided me round the store plus give me options and time - previously we were just pointed in the right direction or told the branch didn't have them! I hope that next time my husband will be happy to accompany me and that the new staff are successful and remain longer than previous personnel.

I am a designer and went to have a look at the items in this store. I am doing a project for a substantial refurb on a 9 bedroom property in Wilsden. I was looking for some assistance, 3 people in store, did not engage with me, I was the only customer in store as well due to the poor weather. Shame, they have lost business as the home owner asked me to specifically visit this store and discuss options. Will go elsewhere

!!!!CASH!!!! Don't pay in cash they alter the paper work and add discounts to be able to pocket the remaining money for them self I cought them out when I was told to collect my items from Wakefield and there invoice down there had 50% discount and I was only given 20% in Bradford if goods cost 1000 I was given 20% in Bradford so paid 800 cash then when I was given the invoice from Wakefield it had a 50% discount applied meaning I'd paid 500 in Bradford instead of 800 meaning the manegers stole 300 when I brought this to light I was given the 50% discount and promised a code for future purchases and was told they would send a post out to all plumbers in the area to use our own company as a way of saying sorry and as I was just starting out at the time I thought this would be good for my business but they ignored the situation until it happened again in another branch then I had a call from Heather the area manager asking for assistance with a situation as it was the same as mine it seems common practice here so be careful because they don't honer there word when it comes to making it right
