What customers say

Based on genuine customer reviews

Knowledgeable, patient assistance from the sales team is the theme that surfaces most often at this Reading bathroom showroom. Customers writing about their orders describe being left to browse at their own pace before a member of staff introduced themselves and explained the services on offer, an approach that felt refreshing rather than pushy. Named employees, among them Jack, Hugo, Vidi, Simion and Jill, are singled out for the care taken over design work and for suggesting alternative fittings when a particular item was unavailable. Shoppers describe assembling complete suites that included walk-in showers, wall and floor coverings, adhesive and grouting, with delivery arranged for a day that suited them.

When a missing piece, an incorrectly sized product or the wrong radiator valves turned up, the issue was sorted promptly and replacements arrived without argument. The showroom itself holds a broad selection of stock, tile samples and furniture to inspect, and reviewers remark that the finished fittings look excellent once fitted. Friendly service and competitive prices come up regularly, and a number of buyers say they would return for further purchases. What emerges most clearly is the design guidance given from an initial visit through to follow-up appointments.
