3.9 / 5 · 55 totalWe recently used Easy Bathrooms Sheffield Hillsborough branch for our daughter's bathroom renovation and overall had a mixed experience. On the positive side, Kasia the assistant manager was really helpful and knowledgeable (give this lady a promotion, she's very good at her job). She took the time to talk through different options and helped us come up with a design that suited our space. There’s also a good range of products, and it’s easy to find modern styles in one place without having to shop around multiple stores. We purchased but pushed install back several months. This was not an issue for them at all. Kasia was very accommodating to our needs. We decided to use Easy Bathrooms’ full fitting package so they could manage everything from supply to installation. The cost is higher but this was one of the reasons we went with Easy Bathrooms so we did not have to deal with multiple trades people and co-ordinating them. However, once things moved to the installation stage, the experience was a bit more mixed. The fitters were brilliant, very professional, courteous and very tidy! They cleaned up after themselves everyday before they finished. There were some hiccups along the way, including issues with the second delivery of tiles to kerbside, damage to a wall where it was knocked through with a little too much zeal and sensor and sensor lights not being fitted. While these were sorted quickly and fixed, it wasn’t as stress-free as we expected from a managed service. Throughout the install, communication was good and things were overall managed well by the install management team. The finished bathroom does look good and fitted to a very high standard, the tiler was meticulous and wanted to make sure the huge tiles were cut right and looked right even though it meant he would have to order additional tiles to meet his high standards (all tiles came free). We’re happy with the overall result. Overall, Easy Bathrooms are a convenient option if you want a one-stop shop, but based on our experience, you should still keep a close eye on the process and double-check everything along the way. I live an hours drive from my daughter's house so was not present daily relying on photo's and updates. It is far more stressful co-ordinating everything yourself. I was compensated for the delivery mishap (thank you Nicola) and was eventually refunded for the sensor and sensor lights (however still waiting for it to land in my bank). I only realised these were not fitted a day or so after completion when I had time to visit my daughter. My daughter did not want workmen back n the house once it was completed so requested a refund for the items. This took about 6 weeks to resolve with me sending reminder/ update requests on a weekly basis but processes delayed refund. (Again, thank you Nicola for pushing this through to the live team to respond) Would I use Easy Bathrooms again....Short answer, Yes. Although there were some hiccups, if I was present everyday, I would have spotted these quicker but despite this, everyone resolved the few mistakes that unfortunately happened.
Absolutely avoid at all cost. Design was good in store, thought it was expensive but contracted on the basis it would be hassle free with removal of old bathrooms & promised top quality installation. A family bathroom & en-suite started 17 November 2025 with the promise of both finished in 4 weeks. Now in March and still 2 unfinished bathrooms. No radiator in en-suite for over a month in winter, no fully working shower in family bathroom due to tiling issue. Company acknowledged substandard fitting & promised to put it right to an acceptable standard. False promises and lack of communication, caused interior damage to walls, door & newly decorated ceiling & caused so much stress and additional costs, seriously wish we’d never bothered. Been nothing but hassle and they don’t care
Michael Fell the delivery driver went above and beyond for me. Absolutely lovely gentleman. Helped me so much and was kind and courteous! Thank you so much again Michael, you are a true legend!!!
I just want everyone who looks at the reviews to read this. 1. I am a bathroom fitter who uses easy bathrooms above many suppliers I have. Mainly due to their very competitive pricing and top quality goods 2. Any customer who experiences faulty goods can call and arrange a replacement even without your tradesmans authorisation. 3. If you are a tradesman and expect a member of staff to ignore their current customer so they can stroke your ego then go somewhere else. You wouldn't like it if that happened to you! 4. Sometimes people make mistakes. I do and so do all the other moaning people on this review page......easy bathrooms do too sometimes, however they are always going above and beyond to sort them. 5. There is no number 5 because I've covered it all it the other 4...... Their stuff is easy to install as a fitter and good quality for the price you pay...... champagne stuff for prosecco money. Keep up the good work
WOW amazing bathroom showroom here. I took so many pictures for inspiration and staff gave us some brochures that are really high quality and easy to understand The staff were great, super knowledgeable and relaxed to talk to you about options This showroom had the widest range of everything from simple to loud and cheap to expensive, as well as patio/drive paving 100% worth a visit for inspiration and a chat if you're considering getting a bathroom done!
Warning, do not use this company at all. I have spent alot of money in this store and brought a ex display radiator along with full price products at the beginning of the year. I've just had the opportunity to have it fitted. However, the plumber I paid to install the radiator informed me that the brackets had not been provided. I returned to the store only for two men talk down at me, saying that I had lost them! This was not the case. They then told me that I should have known what parts were missing on a radiator and highlighted to them at the time. I informed them that I was no a qualified plumber and have little knowledge of radiator parts. As I have been charged a call out fee from the plumber, I just wanted to get the job done. Hence I paid £20 for new brackets. I showed a photo of the radiator and was told that they could get the right parts. My plumber agreed to pick up the new brackets a week later and fit it on the same day. Once they got to my property they found out the brackets were wrong. They left and I was charged a call out fee again! I called the Easy bathrooms and was told that they plumber was wrong. I called a handyman around and he also confirmed that the brackets were wrong. I returned to the shop with radiator and brackets only to be told that the brackets are correct! After 30 mins and two male staff members telling me that the brackets are correct only then they confirmed that the brackets were wrong! They had to call head office and find out what to do, they told me that I would get a call within a week. No phone call, so I called only to have to phone put down on me. I called again to say that no one has updated me. I asked if they could refund me the price of the radiator and brackets if I couldn't get the parts this week. As already cancelled the tiler. I was told that it would be fine. I have just been emailed to say that they cannot get the correct brackets. To collect to radiator or they will dispose of it in 7 days. So I have lost £100 radiator. Two calls out fees of £65. Brackets £20. Lost two hours of my work time. The work planned has been pushed back by a month. As well has been spoken down to and made to feel like a stupid woman! So women, be warned! only go into this place if you are qualified in plumbing! They will con you! Not offered to pay any of the callout fees. I appreciate I should have been qualified in plumbing parts but not all people are. Poor customer service, staff need lessons on how to talk with customer. Head office could have offered alternative options apart from saying they are going to dispose of radiator as a threat. Or perhaps they should carry on and hopefully they will have no more customers!
The staff are helpful and friendly but everything else has been awful. Ordered 3 large tiles but they missed initial delivery date to store. When they arrived one arrived broken. We decided we wanted to return the tiles and was told that their policy is that they cannot do returns, which I'm fairly sure is illegal. Asked for delivery of an alternative tile which then has resulted in a further 2 missed delivery dates because of the ongoing issue of the initial order. Would highly suggest people steer clear of easy bathrooms.
