Purchased a bathroom from them in June 2023 which seemed good and no problems at the time. However, now it has come to ordering replacement parts the story is entirely different. We contacted Easy Bathrooms on 26 September and am still waiting for a date for parts to arrive. Save Pip, the instore and Customer Services team have been largely unhelpful and are simply blaming the manufacturer for not repsonding to messages which I find hard to believe given how long it has been since they became aware of the issue.

Customer service in Fareham absolutely shocking. Nobody interested in the store and are so unhelpful would not use again.

There is no pressure to buy, but good products and great service.

Wonderful store full of lots of choice for our new bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, namely Becky, at Fareham store who made the experience a pleasant one.
