Booked them in to do a wet room, they didn't turn up after me waiting for 6 months. Gave excuses, then said they would fit the bathroom in 2 weeks. I haven't heard a word from them since. Joe blamed his workforce, which consists of his family. This was September last year. Avoid.

I’ve just had my bathroom transformed into a stunning wet room by the Downs Brothers,, what a stunning transformation very efficient hard working lads very professional polite clean and I’m absolutely delighted over the moon with the result of how these guys have turned a drab bathroom into a stunning clean wet room. I truly appreciate the work these guys have done it’s made my life so much more easy to use this as my mobility was suffering terribly before this transformation I’m truly delighted and very very grateful to the wonderful lads many thanks respectfully Rich Marsh 😎

Brilliant team worked at transforming our bathroom into a great wetroom. Can't fault the 3 guys, they worked hard, were clean and tidy, mindful of our dogs and cats, respectful and thoughtful, can't recommend them highly enough. Proper craftsmanship, thank you Downs family😊
