I cannot recommend these guys enough. Kera was brilliant, listened to my requests and budget, and designed a beautiful, calming Oasis. The process was explained clearly by herself and John, with a no pressure approach. Kurt was an absolute superstar with the fitting, he was personable, professional and kept me up to date at each stage. The bathroom is better than I could ever have imagined. I will be using this team for my en-suite when I'm in a position to do so, as the whole experience from start to finish was so straightforward. We chose Derbyshire Bespoke Bathrooms over a few different quotes we had as there was some stand out features that set them apart from the rest. Kera came to us to understand our vision and took a genuine interest in what we wanted. We were given a design that Kera was happy to tweak until we were 100% happy even after my thousands of questions! John and Kera then both came back to run through all the finer details and how everything was going to work, this was perfect for us with busy lifestyles - something we feel was lacking with others. Throughout the fitting John visited to check we were happy with the progress so far, this made the experience more personal and shows a genuine care for their work. Our fitter Kurt was exceptional! We've had lots work done in our house but Kurt was by far the most helpful, respected our property, always checked with us about placement of features etc and worked extremely hard throughout even with unexpected issues and other things in our house not related to the bathroom - we genuinely can't speak highly enough of him. Thank you to Kera, John and Kurt for delivering the dream bathroom we wanted!

Kera & John were very efficient and open to my requirements for these bathrooms. Having been stomped on before by another company, this was great. We had an issue, we talked through options & got things sorted with no headache. Kurt the fitter was absolutely lovely too. Highly recommend these guys to sort you a nice fresh look bathroom.

Cannot praise DBB enough. Transformed our aged bathroom into one we love. Amazing staff. Great designers. Even the process of fitting was made easy and fitters were fab. Definately consider this company for your bathroom. You will not be dissapointed.

Excellent service from start to finish. (Even when after stripping out old bathroom and finding the carnage that was the walls and floor, not to mention the problems with the stoptap) For every problem a solution was found. I’ve had two bathroom updates by the Showroom and both have been excellent. From design and planning through to completion all work is project managed and completed seamlessly. The latest project was installed by Kurt and Mark who were pleasant and enthusiastic throughout. All works including electrical were synchronised like a dance routine. We were kept informed at every stage and the site was always kept clean and tidy at the end of each day. The finished result is exceptional and my wife is over the moon with it. So thanks to all the team at the Showroom for a great job that’s been done well.

Kera designed a wet room for my small bathroom as I had been struggling getting in and out of the bath. As the bathroom is quite narrow it took a lot of work to get it right but Kera did not stop until it was perfect. She even had bespoke glass doors designed for both near the shower and the airing cupboard. All of the materials used are top quality and look beautiful. There are even little lights in the alcoves and near the loo that are on motion sensors. Kurt and the guys were great, very friendly and worked really hard to get everything done and always kept everything tidy. Every stage was checked off before the next one started. I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend as they went above and beyond to ensure that everything would be OK for me to use for years to come whilst still ensuring that it looks amazing.
