Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

Lovely showroom and a good design service with helpful and friendly staff, without being pushy. I ordered part of the design from EB and used other suppliers too, but the items from EB (shower screens, vanity unit, sink, tap) are good quality and look fantastic in our new bathroom. My only quibble is the delivery. They charged £80-odd delivery and then sent the items on a one-person team with no tail lift on the truck and kerbside delivery only. Not the driver's fault but one of the shower screens weighed 65kg and I ended up helping to lift it out of the truck which is definitely not what I'd paid for. If a company is charging a lot for delivery, then they should send a two-person team (and carry things into the house too).

Hi I would not use this company as their customer service is non existent. I placed an order for a bathroom and paid my deposit and that’s the last I heard from them. I phoned 4 times and spoke with the assistant manager who I placed the order with and all he kept saying was it’s with the installation team but they never contacted me. I was also supposed to get a dedicated contract manager which never happened. This is not the level of service that I expected so I will be telling everyone I know to stay clear

This company offers professional and friendly service. There is a large range of bathroom layouts enabling customers to view freely. The staff are knowledgeable and provide extremely useful assistance in helping customers to assemble their dream layouts. I would definitely recommend a visit if you are looking for a new bathroom.
