Dale Renovations

I am so happy with my bathroom and bedroom renovation recently carried out by Dale and team. All of which were very kind helpful and professional. Every question however silly answered and good advice given. Highly likely I will be using them again.

We have just completed a substantial bathroom renovation which included a complet strip out of all facilities, moving a stud wall and two ceilings. Dale was faced with numerous challenges when all of the tiles were removed and we could see the results of over 100 years of bodges to the plumbing. He also faced a floor that was so far out of level being high at both ends and dipped in the middle. He coped remarkebly well and all I had to do was to keep him contstantly supplied with Coffee, (and pay him of course) It would be inappropriate not to mention his lovely wife Kim, who clearly keeps everything well connected within the business, but especially timely replies to my emails. It was a big project with numerous issues all of which we managed to resolve. I have done a before and after video which I hope you will be able to see. Many thanks John and Sandra

Dale has been nothing short of incredible during this whole process of renovating both of our bathrooms. He is professional, friendly, and it has been lovely having him and the team around for the duration of the installation. Our bathrooms are amazing and we are so happy with the finished product. Absolutely first class Dale and team were one of 4 companies I’d asked to quote for a cloakroom refit and hallway tiled floor and was one of two that actually quoted We went with Dale and his team because he was extremely helpful in providing us suggestions and also showrooms to visit to see what was available to us All communication was excellent through WhatsApp keeping us informed of payment plan and deliveries relating to our project Dale and Cameron were friendly respectful clean tidy hard working and on time we couldn’t fault the final result that we are extremely happy with Dale went above and beyond with our heating system which had a fault when the radiators were drained but was able to fix it for us when talking to our boiler manufacturer We would recommend Dale and his team in a heart beat Best company we have had dealings with in a very long time We wish you all at Dale Renovations continued success
