Its not what happens that counts its how the supplier responds to it that your remember When our fitter Dean encountered a problem he notified Ed straightaway - Ed was straight round to assess what the problem was and what needed doing and was able to reassure us that everything was in hand with a new part already ordered This arrived very quickly and we were soon back on track Dean is a credit to Harpers - such a tidy, respectful and considerate worker to have in your house. Its always good to support local companies as well Thank you Harpers we are very pleased with our new ensuite

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Ed helped with bathroom design including layout changes and assisted in choosing and sourcing all the products. Frank fitted two bathrooms for us and we are so happy with the end result. His work is to an extremely high standard and our home was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Ed and his team were so professional, efficient and completely renovated our dated old bathroom into a modern luxury bathroom. They help with everything, from supplying products, plumbing, electrical, plastering and decoration, they will find the right people to do it all. Not just bathrooms! Harpers installed a super Howdens kitchen for us with a complete refit including floor, lighting, redecoration etc. We are delighted with the result achieved by a team of skilled workers. A really good company to deal with, very professional and proactive. Highly recommended.
