Clifton Trade Bathrooms Sunderland

I had a mixed experience with Clifton Trade Sunderland. On the positive side, they are very personable and try to be helpful, they drove out seven times, often on the same day, to deal with issues with the order, and the products they sold seemed of good quality. When I later realised I should've got a gold flush and cabinet side panels, they delivered these free of charge even though months had gone by. On the negative side, they made seven mistakes with the order, sending chrome parts instead of gold coloured, sending units that were too big for the measurements they had taken, and it took a month and a half of chasing to get a refund for the superfluous parts that were not used despite a statutory 14-day limit. They have the potential to be a very good store, but they need to be more careful with orders, more timely with refunds, and should start using delivery slips so it's clear what has been delivered and taken away.

Fab quality !! When looking for a bathroom can be quite daunting we went to a few places, then went to Clifton’s on a recommendation. So pleased we did . Lisa was so helpful came out measured up gave us some advice which we agreed . Nothing was any trouble. We bought everything there the shower the suite , cladding the mirror (with Bluetooth which my son loves) ! She also gave us a recommendation of a fitter . Lewis who owns Ultraplumb & NE. He came out gave us a good quote. Lisa and Lewis work so well together we hardly done anything . Buy ya bathroom from Lisa and get Lewis booked.. you won’t regret it!

I had a really great experience shopping for bathroom items here. The customer service was excellent — friendly, helpful, and quick to answer all my questions. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. On top of that, the prices were amazing and I found some really good deals on quality bathroom products. I popped in on the off chance to try and buy a certain size tile after been messed about buy a big tile company. I can't rate this company enough the lady( sorry didn't get her name ) helped me out gave me advice and even offered me a cuppa as she seen I was stressed ha. Within a few minutes I bought what I need . Very friendly staff and helpful will definitely be back and definitely recommend. Thanks 👍🏻
