Very nice place really nice and friendly staff

Mid November. Two missed delivery dates and as a result, I can’t find a replacement plumber until after Christmas. Still without a shower and relying on friends. No apologies. Very disappointing. Won’t be using them again.

Visited the Sunderland store staff are very polite and welcoming delt with the manager Andrew who helped me select the perfect bathroom from start to finish would highly recommend 😀

The only easy part with this company was them taking our money...I was putting a new bathroom in my sons house and we were recommended this company by the builder we were using ...never again we picked everything had it checked by the builder we paid for it to be ordered and we would let them know when to deliver . 6 weeks later the job was getting done builder rang them to have it delivered said a delivery day ...aww sorry we cannot deliver everything we have sold your sink to another customer would you like to pick another ...no we wouldn't we would like the one we paid for ...while waiting for the new sink coming the rest was getting delivered on the agreed date ...didnt turn up until halfway through the following day setting everything back ...then they sent one ceiling panel with silver strip and one without yet another wait and the sealant they sent was an cream instead of white the whole thing has been a farce from start to finish still waiting on the bathroom being sealed set us and the builder back ..so anyone thinking of going here don't bother go to Tecaz or similar very poor service for a lot of money save yourselves the aggravation worst thing we ever did !!!!! This is the sunderland shop

Fabulous selection of Tiles for bathroom and kitchen, or Hallways and garden. Creative 3d planning and design, with their own turnkey installation service. Really helpful and friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Thoroughly recommend going in .

Nice tiles but make sure you've measured up properly cos they don't take surplus back.
