Clifton Trade Bathrooms Bolton

I had my premium bathroom fitted a long time ago and ive had the hump ever since that I didn't check what I recieved was what I paid for. My shower hose failed within a year even though I paid for the best one available. Its my own fault you just assume everyone's as honest as you. So top tip check the stuff when delivered. In cliftons defence this was a some time ago and the dodgy penny pinchers have probably moved on

We wandered into Cliftons at the invitation of our plumber Tim Berry who uses Cliftons as his material supplier and is on their select list of bathroom installers. We entered the store not really knowing what we wanted but looking for advice and inspiration. We were introduced to Matt. The showroom was compact but packed with designs, fittings, wall and floor coverings, leaflets etc giving us much food for thought. For the next 3 hours Matt patiently guided us through everything and we ended up with a complete bathroom design and price. Nothing was too much trouble, wc’s, wash hand basins and baths were unwrapped and moved against fitted units, wall and floor coverings to give us a better idea. Matt’s ideas, suggestions and knowledge was second to none. We’d thoroughly recommend Cliftons to anyone looking for a quality company. Delivery was agreed for a convenient date and arrived on time and carefully unloaded. We are delighted with the finished product. Thank you

Bought all the fixtures, fittings and tiles for bathroom and toilet from Clifton’s in Bolton with the help and patience from Matt. Since the install the painter accidentally stepped on the toilet lid and cracked it!!! I looked online to source a new one but was unsure so I rang Matt. Once again Matt’s excellent customer service skills kicked in due to the seat not being in stock, Matt took the time to find me a suitable replacement free of charge! Matt’s customer service is probably the best I have ever received from any retailer I have purchased from. Thank you Matt.

Matt at Clinton's was a great help when trying to choose bathroom fittings and fixtures. He was patient and took time with helping me colour co-ordinate existing tiles! He was responsive and provided me with an updated quote and kept me informed about delivery. Great service. Thank you 😊
