Excellent service from start to finish. Mandy listened to what we wanted and then provided us with a 3D image of what our bathroom would look like.There was no hard sell and no problem with us changing our minds, plans amended quickly and efficiently. Alan the fitter has done an amazing job, the bathroom looks exactly as we imagined and his workmanship is spot on. Would totally recommend Bolton Bathrooms from our experience and with no disrespect to any of the staff or fitters , highly recommend Mandy for the planning and Alan for the installation.

Can’t fault the service from Bolton Bathrooms from start to finish. Everyone was both knowledgeable and really helpful. No one tried to push a sale which made the experience stress free. Even the delivery team were great and took the items right to where they were needed.

start to finish an outstanding experience from our first visit to pick our bathroom furniture to the fitting. We were called every day to see if there were any problems or worries (which there weren't) We couldn't recommend the fitter, Keith Stoker, enough he did far more than we expected and he was a perfectionist to the end. Our bathroom was fitted by Bolton Bathrooms about 10years ago and still looks amazing (thank you Dean(designer/salesman, now left) and Gary (amazing fitter) for such a great job... ...just one problem: the Zehnder radiator paint peeled and bubbled - looking terrible. The warranty on the radiator was 5 years. I needed another identical radiator to fit the same brackets/screwholes/central heating pipes or this would turn into a massive job. Dan (the new Dean -designer/salesman) spent the time to make sure that the 2025 Zehnder radiator had the same dimensions and fittings as the radiator it would replace and, while the old radiator was not under warranty, he was able to get us a deal on the the price for the replacement radiator. For me, the test that separates a great company from a good company is how they look after you post sale and many years into the future... ...based in this case, Bolton Bathrooms is a great company to buy from. Radiator now fitted, bathroom restored to how it looked 10 years ago. Thank you Dan and the team.

I cannot praise this company enough! We have recently had our bathroom transformed and we are beyond happy with the outcome. From start to finish the whole process has been professional, stress free, friendly and we wish we had done it sooner. If you are considering a bathroom makeover these are the guys to go to. All the team are great to deal with. Huge shout out to Paul who gave us an amazing price, Dan who cleverly designed our bathroom (tricky space) and Tom the installer who fitted it beautifully. We have been constantly kept up to date with timescales, progress and there has been zero uncertainty or worry along the way. Finished on time, with excellent communication and craftsmanship. We are extremely pleased with the bathroom designed by Dan at Bolton Bathrooms. The layout he created worked perfectly for our space. The quality of the products supplied by Bolton Bathrooms was impressive. Although there were some initial issues with suppliers and delays in delivery, Bolton Bathrooms were quick to resolve the situation. Tom Kenyon, who fitted our bathroom, was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Despite the challenging nature of the bathroom, Tom never seemed fazed. Whenever any issues arose, he quickly found solutions to ensure everything came together smoothly. He was always punctual, kept us informed daily about his progress, and often stayed late to get the job done. He also made sure to clean up after himself at the end of each day. We would highly recommend Bolton Bathrooms for anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom, and we can't speak highly enough of Tom Kenyon as the fitter. The transformation is beyond what we imagined.
