Although the website stated the item was on back order with a 2–3 week lead time, I contacted the company immediately after ordering to explain that this was an emergency, as I had already been without a working shower for over 10 days. I also found the identical part in stock elsewhere and simply asked them to cancel my order and process a refund so I could buy it from another supplier. What followed was poor customer service. My emails requesting an urgent response went unanswered for days, despite the circumstances being clearly explained. Instead of showing any empathy or trying to help, the company eventually sent a defensive email telling me that sending follow-up emails moved my enquiry to the back of the queue and stating that they did not think it was fair to be "threatened" with a negative review. At no point did they apologise for the lack of communication or acknowledge the urgency of my situation in any meaningful way. They seemed far more concerned about defending their internal processes than providing customer service. Delays can happen and are understandable. Poor communication and a defensive attitude towards customers are not. If you are buying a part that you need urgently, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere
Great price on Bathroom Mirror. Same product available at other retailers for much higher price. Forgot to add discount code and the added afterwards so I got the best deal. Will use again.
I filled in the form to ask for suggestions for a toilet seat to fit our unusal shaped one, and, it being a Sunday, I really didn't expect a reply before Monday morning. But an answer came back immediately from Sam, perfect, and I went ahead and bought! Excellent customer service!
I had an excellent experience with this company. I was trying to source a product that's extremely difficult to find. They found the product and it arrived exactly as described. Communication was responsive and pleasant, both by phone and email. Updates were provided regularly and delivery was very efficient.
Recently purchased a replacement toilet seat. Very good communication. There were same issues with the product but this was sorted out swiftly. I would recommend and use in the future.
Avoid at all costs. I ordered a bath on 16th May which was advertised as being in stock. It never arrived, they apparently had supplier issues. I asked for a new expected date and when that came and went and I finally asked for it to be cancelled. They are a nightmare to contact, never pick up the phone, i spent numerous days trying with no luck. Email isn't much better either. I did receive email confirmation of cancellation and said my refund would be 3-5 days, that was on 5th June... I still have not received my refund and I'm afraid I never will. Do not use this company!!
Don’t use this company. Ordered a “in stock item” they contacted me a few days later to say it’s not in stock and has been discontinued. I asked for a refund which they agreed to. Had a email to say refunded but nothing came through to my PayPal account. Now they will not answer the phone or respond to emails. In the process of claiming the money back through PayPal.
