I emailed JSL Bathrooms looking for replacement tap handles for my Armitage Shanks ones and included a photo. I have been looking for options for a while with no success. David replied immediately informing me of the model that I had and which options were available to me. I dropped by the shop and bought them in person. I found David to be very knowledgable and experienced. Very happy with the new tap handles which are still original Armitage Shanks. Would definitely use again for any bathroom requirements not just the hard to find parts.
I needed to match a discontinued colour bath panel to replace our broken one, the owner, David was able to accurately match the colour just from photos sent via email. When we went to collect the bath panel, it matched the cistern lid I took perfectly. I got to see the massive stock of rare bathroom components in the warehouse, some of which had been there for decades. Just experienced absolutely top flight service from JSL bathrooms. I contracted them by email with a query about replacing some fittings on a 1980’s toilet. In an afternoon we traded several emails, with photos and dimensions before I settled on a suitable replacement.
