Having looked at a couple of places and online we went to Bathroom Solutions and met with Peter. He made us feel very welcome and helped us put together the best quality bathroom with our budget. He's been great updating us along the journey of choosing and ordering the bathroom to putting us in contact with bathroom fitters. I couldn't speak highly enough of him and the team there. Just need to get the bathroom fitted now after buying everything!

I didn't technically shop here but had to leave a 5 star review for Peter who helped me so much! I was panicking about a delivery not happening to timescale and he sorted out a whole new bathroom, checked stock levels, advised me, etc. I will definitely be shopping here in future!

I'd tried researching online but you really get the benefit of years of experience when you walk into Bathroom Solutions. Peter asked lots of questions which I'd never considered. He didn't try to oversell more expensive options and I came out with a great combination of ex-display and new items to fit my budget. They were also very flexible on delivery times and the items were faultlessly packed and protected. Would highly recommend them.

This company has been amazing. We are on our third bathroom/en suite within a year and each time Brian has provided service par excellence. In particular we would like to comment on Brian's immense patience and attention to detail. We don't think this company is any more expensive than elsewhere once they have discounted certain items, and the value-added in drawings, renderings and sound advice has probably saved us thousands of £££s in mistakes that we would otherwise have made along the way. There are multiple decisions to make in choosing and designing a bathroom so we leant heavily on Brian's experience and he found elegant solutions right through the process. The whole team at Bathroom Solutions really knows the products. We cannot fault them in any area.

Have used Bathroom solutions several times over the years and highly recommend the service and showroom displays . Usually best to book a slot with an advisor on busy days to get best service. Certainly well worth a visit for ideas and advice from very experienced suppliers , with good selection of showroom items to see . Useful to take project measurements.

Gorgeous showroom with a huge range of brands. Our designer had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the products and patiently answered our many technical questions. They gave great advice tailored to our bathroom dimensions and budget. Really happy with the responsive service.
