We needed a replacement tap handle but were struggling to find a replacment. The tap was purchased 6 years ago from a different supplier. These guys were great and helped check the dimentions and fittings over whatsapp so that the replacment fitted when it arrived. They even checked in once the handle had been delivered that they had fitted the tap. Thanks for all the help and great customer service in the often dehumanised world of online shopping!
Nipped in to see if he had a large hose tap connector but he didn’t have one but he went out the back and came back with an alternative solution and when I tried it at home with a little jiggery pokery it worked! So thanks again and keep up the good work.
Great supplier of plumbing parts! Friendly, good prices. A good “traditional” supplier who is willing to take time with customers, understand needs and offer an excellent range of products. The kind of place we will all be the poorer for if it wasn’t there and we only had the national plumbing suppliers.

Incredibly helpful! My partner and I had been struggling to replace a diverter valve for our shower and after months of anxiety and countless emails with Divapor (who, after I returned 2 valves that looked like the right ones on their website but were different when delivered, informed me they were unable to help.) We were then quoted over £1,000 to remove tiles and replace the whole plumbing behind the wall. After more research I found Baker and Soars and saw that they sell the same brand as my shower, I made a quick call and they promptly confirmed they had the part! The gentleman on the phone informed me that if I paid before 2pm he would be able to take it to the post office on the same day. The parcel arrived a couple of days later despite the Bank Holiday (it was shipped with 24h tracked delivery). We were able to fit it ourselves and it worked perfectly. I really can't thank them enough and would highly recommend!
