The bathroom Showroom

The Bathroom Showroom Leicester Freemans Common has been open to both the trade and the public for almost two decades. The Bathroom Showroom operates over 290 showrooms nationwide and is a trading name of City Plumbing Supplies Holdings Ltd. It works with the trade.

The company provides bathroom products including showers, enclosures, trays, furniture, baths, toilets, basins, taps, tiles, and heating. Services include a free 3D design solution, a free tile sampling service, a free home measure service, virtual appointments, and flexible finance options. The Bathroom Showroom has a partnership with Teenage Cancer Trust.

Entering the Leicester showroom, visitors regularly highlight the knowledgeable and approachable nature of the team. More than one customer describes the space as well presented, with displays that make browsing bathroom products straightforward. One thing mentioned again and again is the helpfulness of staff, with one reviewer naming Emilia for her polite and friendly manner and the useful recommendations she provided. Another account notes that a manager was particularly helpful during a visit, assisting with the selection of products for an en-suite, and mentions an intention to return for a main bathroom.

The showroom layout and product presentation are repeatedly praised, with reviewers describing the displays as nice and the overall environment as professional. Customers who initially found online research confusing report that visiting in person made the process easier, and the support received helped them make their purchases confidently. The service is characterised by friendly, professional interaction and a welcoming atmosphere, with staff members taking time to guide buyers through the options available. The recurring theme across feedback is a positive in-store experience led by attentive employees and a well-organised product display.
