I am really disappointed with the RETURN FROM ABERDEEN Policy. They would not accept return in Aberdeen store. To send items back means to put items on the pallet due to the weight and it costs lots of money. The quality is good however not to be able to return it to the store is not really customer friendly approach. I had to return 2 boxes of tiles which would cost me £50 - it does not really worth it. Other companies accept returns.

Do NOT use this company. Staff in store are extremely helpful however the company customer service is shocking. Promised a delivery date for a bathroom to be delivered and did not show. Promised another 4 dates and each time no sign.of the courier and no call to explain why. Plumber waiting and they can't give a date as to when bathroom will appear. Shocking service.
