Fantastic service throughout, the team at NYC very amazing from the minute we stepped into the showroom. They took the time to show us round and talk us through our options listening to what we wanted. Keran then designed our bathroom making adjustments to meet our needs. The design was exactly what we described and nothing was ever too much trouble. The team also recommended companies to fit the bathroom, we went with Pro Style Rennovations who were fab! Keran kept us up to date throughout the whole process. We are so pleased with how our bathroom has turned out and we love it so much!!! Thank you NYC bathrooms 🤍✨️

I have had 3 bathrooms from here now and the quality has been fabulous. They are supply only but can recommend tradesmen for fitting. We did have some issues with a few damaged items but they were swapped and taken away which did not delay the project.

Keran and staff designed and supplied my new bathroom, they also recommended contractors for the fitting. I was kept informed throughout the design process and was able to pick what I liked, with the 3D computer program they had I was able to see what my new bathroom would look like, Once I had a date for the fitting NYC Delivered on a date agreed with the contractors and as you can see by pictures attached my new bathroom/wet room looks great. I would recommend NYC anyone wanting a new bathroom.

every visit to their showroom was a pleasant and enjoyable experience, all members of staff especially Hazel were friendly and very helpfully when choosing the tiles and fittings for my bathroom. would thoroughly recommend anyone to go and see them.

Brilliant team. Used them for our family bathroom 5 years ago and still looks fab. Recently moved and went back to them for our en suite and main bathroom. Hazel and Neil have been so helpful the whole way through out and couldn't have done more. So happy with the products and service and aftercare brilliant too. We used NYC Bathrooms to help with the design and supply of our shower room and WC renovations. We had a great experience using their services, with a varied amount of design styles and tiles to pick from, and all items arrived on time for the bathroom company to install. Keran was a great help, especially with the design of the shower room, which was transformed from a small kitchen. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their bathroom.
