Big thanks to Mike and the team for managing my bathroom renovation. It was a challenging job in an old bathroom which required extensive work. I was kept informed of the progress throughout and the work was finished to a high standard. I was really pleased with the finished result and would certainly recommend Total Bathrooms to any prospective customer.
Mike and the team were really excellent throughout. We had a complete rip out and new bathroom and they took care of everything. Halfway through the fitting we changed our minds about some of the units we had chosen, without any fuss they were supportive and accommodated the change of plan, which we really appreciated. We’re really happy with the finished bathroom, good quality items well fitted to a great finish, we would highly recommend.
We can’t recommend Mike and his team highly enough. From our first meeting and all the way through the renovation, the team were available to answer questions and discuss any thoughts or changes that we made. Their expertise was invaluable. Mike the fitter was brilliant in both his skill and knowledge of what would and wouldn’t work. We are over the moon with our bathroom. Alan has done an amazing job and nothing was too much for him, even the extent of removing a wrong bath and replacing with a new one mid refurb. This was no fault of Alan’s but the product supplier had delivered the wrong one. Alan was so helpful all the way though and very respectful to our house and us as a family. Had a brilliant experience with Mike and team at Total Bathrooms & Kitchens. They did a full refit of our bathroom, being careful with some things we wanted to preserve and were very accommodating with communication throughout the process. They worked alongside me on some design voices and were very considerate in some unplanned changes to pipework due to how it was laid in the previous bathroom. They also added a few extra touches like including a doorstop and bathtub feet that I hadn't considered which made it even better. Ultimately I'm very pleased with the quality of work and the service they provided. They completed the job within a week, quicker than I initially anticipated!
Dennis and Patrick were an absolute credit to themselves, throughout what was a difficult process with supplier issues. Brilliant guys, fantastic service and an even better result.
