I can only agree with all the other 5 star reviews, Paul has a fantastic work ethic and a level of professionalism that inspires confidence that the bathroom will be of the highest possible quality and finish, even a few unexpected hiccups with missing joists and an uneven floor didn't faze him and he fixed it before continuing, he could have just carried on and not said anything and I would have been non the wiser, but that is not the way he works, if he wouldn't have it in his bathroom, he won't have it in yours. His attention to detail is exceptional, I would have no hesitation in recommending Paul to carry out any work. Thanks Paul Gary

We couldn’t be happier with the work Paul has done for us. From start to finish, his communication was excellent. The standard of his work is fantastic and he took the time to talk through all the finer details to ensure everything was done exactly how we wanted it. Paul first completed our en-suite for us, and we were so impressed that we got him back to do our downstairs toilet. We’ll definitely be using him again when we’re ready to renovate our main bathroom. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy bathroom fitter.

Thank you Paul for our fantastic new bathroom. Paul is Neptune Bathrooms and he carried out the whole of the work from start to finish with precision and expertise throughout. He was professional from his first introduction when he came to prepare his quote giving us excellent advise even though he had not yet got the job. We were asked to choose style and fittings and he then came back with his quote. He gave us advise and suggestions as to the make, type, and suppliers to approach in order to get the best value for money which we found extremely helpful and in fact did save us money by reducing the overall cost and made the whole task much easier. From day one he put everything into our project, nothing was too much trouble and we were encouraged to question him at any stage if we had any worries. The old bathroom was completely taken out and everything renewed including floor, walls, ceiling and lighting, in fact what you see in the final result bares nothing to the work he put into the initial preparation. We are confident that the end result will be beautiful and functional for years to come. His work ethic is to keep things clean and tidy at all times with a special clean up at the end of each of his long days. Paul’s work is of an extremely high standard and nothing but excellent work is good enough for him . His attention to detail is second to none and his work ethic is amazing . This is the second time we have used him for a full new bathroom and we wouldn’t hesitate in using him again or recommending him as you will not be disappointed .

Paul converted a very small and shabby bathroom into one fit for a fancy hotel.Out went the bath to be replaced by a lovely walk in shower .the old free standing toilet and sink was replaced with a full built in area including the toilet , sink with cupboards and a glass shelved area to show off my carefully folded guest towels. He left at the end of each day not leaving a spot of mess. His eye for detail was amazing would recommend him to anyone wanting a 1st class job. The pictures don't give the full justice to his work the rooms so small its hard to photograph lol

Paul has fitted three bathrooms for us over the last couple of years and we can’t speak highly enough of him - he’s the best tradesman we’ve ever had. The quality of his work and his attention to detail are second to none. He also leaves the house exceptionally clean and tidy throughout the job… and he’s a really lovely bloke as well. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his work (and we have recommended him to many of our friends!)
