4.9 / 5 · 50 totalGreat work from the team at J Alexander,we shopped around but always came back to this company,read their reviews and looked at their work,and was very impressed,Taz came out to give us a quote and talk through some ideas how we could do the refurb,we were told at the time of the quote that there may be additional costs,this is also stated in the quotation,so there are no hidden costs,we had two lovely guys Rob & Neil complete our bathroom rip out,they were professional,and always communicated what they were going to do on each day, they always tided up after themselves and left upstairs clean and tidy,,our refurb lasted 2weeks,it was a pleasure having Rob & Neil complete our work, and also a pleasure doing business with J Alexander LTD,we would highly recommend this company,communication throughout was second to none,if we could give a 11 out of 10 we would 👍👍
J Alexander did a fantastic job refurbishing my bathroom. Their workmanship was excellent, with great attention to detail and a real commitment to quality. They were professional, honest, and kept everything clean and tidy throughout. I’m really happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and high-quality refurbishment work for bathrooms.
J Alexander finished our bathroom refit today and we are thrilled with the result. Taz talked us through the design and costings and Rob and Neil did a fantastic job of the work. All the work was done to a very high standard and they were a pleasure to have around. Highly recommend them for their professionalism, attention to detail and value for money.
Incredible work from Taz and his team, can't recommend them highly enough! The two lads who replaced our old shower cubicle, including doing the tiling were a pleasure to have working at our house. Both made sure that they put plastic on any carpeted areas so as not to bring in any dirt, they also made sure that their tools and any rubbish were fully cleared away every night so that we could still use the bathroom when we needed. They were both super polite and friendly, and it was very clear that they took real pride in the quality of their work. Once again, I cannot recommend Taz and his team highly enough!
Great company to work with right from the starting consultation through to completion. Mess was kept to the bare minimum , even when the whole ceiling had to come down! I'm so pleased with the finished bathroom. Thank you for making the whine process seem so easy. -Amanda
What a great company to deal with! We contacted J Alexander for a bathroom quote, and a few days later Taz came to our home to assess the job. He was lovely to deal with and advised us on the best options for our bathroom. He explained the expected timeframe and was upfront about any potential additional charges that could arise once the tiles and flooring were removed. He even gave us an indication of what these might cost, so there were no hidden surprises during the fit. I’m pleased to say we didn’t end up needing our contingency budget at all. Taz also recommended we visit Easy Bathrooms in Solihull for our bathroom furniture, so we did — and Tariq there was extremely helpful. Once we placed our order, my hard work was done! J Alexander and Easy Bathrooms liaised directly with each other from that point, which made everything so easy. When fitting day arrived, Shaun and Neil turned up on time and ready to work. I can honestly say they were fantastic and an absolute pleasure to have around. They worked incredibly hard, arrived early every day, and stayed until late in the evening. They kept the house tidy and always explained what they had completed each day and what the plan was for the next. Normally, I’m delighted to see the back of workmen — but these two are definitely a credit to the company. If you’re lucky enough to have them working on your bathroom, I’m sure you’ll be just as delighted. They truly have a passion for what they do. Thanks again, lads! As you can tell from my review, I am absolutely delighted with this company and couldn’t recommend them enough.
I decided to have work done on my bathroom based on reviews. So happy I decided to go ahead. A job well done. Before I knew it I had a new bathroom. The guys were professional and cleaned up nicely each day. Thanks so much Joe, Olly and Taz.
