I can’t recommend Foxwood Ceramics in Ipswich highly enough. Stephen Spurgeon and his team are absolutely fantastic – nothing is ever too much trouble, and they consistently go above and beyond to help and accommodate. I source all of my sanitary ware, tiles, and accessories from Foxwood for my projects, and the quality and range are always excellent. What really sets them apart, though, is their eye for design. They don’t just supply products – they actively support with interior design ideas and guidance, which makes a huge difference. Reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with – I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I would have no hesitation recommending Steve and his team. I am now completing my 7th bathroom with Foxwoods. Steve has excellent knowledge of all products whether it be high end or affordable, he also knows what new products and trends are coming to the market, keeping Foxwood very current with the changing market. I find Foxwood’s pricing very reasonable, their drawings accurate and easy to work from. The biggest plus for me is Steve is always available for advice, or to sort a problem. I had an issue with a large format batch of tiles that were delivered direct from the supplier, and a number of them were damaged. Steve understood the urgency of the situation and I had replacements within 2 days, which was the most incredible customer service. I would not go anywhere else.

I Can’t recommend Foxwood enough , the lady in the shop ( Kelsey ) was so helpful. The goods they offer were great quality at great prices and all turned up on time . Definitely my go to supplier.

I found Steve and his team to be incredibly helpful with products, tiles and specialist brass wear for taps, showers & handles. Steve found the perfect antique gold that I was looking for. 5star would recommend!
