I ordered tiles through Easy Bathrooms. The 6 boxes of tiles were delivered on three palettes, all stacked one on top of the other, with the bottom two broken. Clearly the palettes had broken during loading, and instead of checking the order and repacking they just stacked it on palettes until one didn't break. Unsurpisingly 4 of the 6 boxes contained entirely broken tiles, and multiple tiles in the other two boxes were also broken. I reported this to Easy Bathrooms and not only did they take over a week to arrange a replacement delivery, they also refused to remove the broken tiles and palettes from my property. Furthermore, when fitted my bathroom fitter found (by applying a dark grout) that there were hairline cracks in the glaze of multiple tiles, this is something we are now stuck with as the alternative is tearing out all the tiles and starting again. In summary, the delivery was woeful, customer services absolutely failed to resolve the situation, and the tiles themselves were faulty.

Extremely happy with Easy Bathroooms and would recommend to anyone! I ordered some bath panels and trims, I wasn't entirely sure how much I would need and Richard was extremely helpful and patient on the phone. I provided the measurements and Richard kindly worked everything out for me. Delievery was easy and arrived on time. One item wasn't available in store, Richard went above and beyond to ensure I had my entire order on time by going out of his way and picking up the last item from the Theford depot during his work commute on a Sunday of all days! Super happy with the products, service and a huge thank you and shout out to Richard, extremely gratfuel for your support, help and kindess. 5 star customer service!
