After exploring the showroom, we were surprised to discover 66 different displays! I highly recommend visiting and browsing the various styles and types of bathrooms available. We met Joshua, an incredibly patient and knowledgeable designer. He provided excellent advice and quickly created the design. The quote was comprehensive, covering everything we required. I visited the Easy Bathrooms showroom in Wolverhampton, hoping to get help with a full bathroom renovation. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. As I walked in, both staff members were sat at their desks. Neither acknowledged me, not even a simple “hello” or offer of assistance. At first, I assumed they might be busy, but that clearly wasn’t the case. Over the next 15 minutes, I watched as they got up from their stations multiple times to talk amongst themselves, still not once acknowledging me or asking if I needed any help. I spent time browsing the displays and taking pictures of items I was genuinely interested in. I was the only customer there, yet I felt completely invisible. It became clear I wasn’t going to get any assistance unless I actively sought it out, which I don’t think should be necessary in a customer-facing showroom. I eventually left feeling ignored and frustrated. Thankfully, I visited another bathroom showroom the following day, where I was met by friendly, knowledgeable staff who were more than happy to assist. Not only did I place my full bathroom order there, but due to their excellent service, I also ended up purchasing additional items, and even ordered pieces for my kitchen too. A great example of how good customer service makes all the difference.

Dreadful service, or should that be no service. Empty store with staff stuck to their desk, no acknowledgement of hello how can I help you. Go elsewhere.
