Carvers Interiors - Cookers, Kitchens and Bathrooms

Dreadful service!! Purchased a range cooker and hood/splashback. Delivered but couldnt be connected as Carvers sent the wrong jets out, no cooker trays supplied, these had to be posted. As this was carvers error we expected some urgency in getting us connected. Repeated e mails got no reply. Over a month later still no connection, owner didnt even reply to my complaint. It seems once they have your money they no longer care. I will never use or recommend this company again.

From start to finish everything has been as near to perfect as it can be. The design to implementation was close to 100% match. Thank you James Goode. The installation by Chris Thorpe was excellent. We were consulted at every stage and any issues were discussed and solutions found. The professionalism shown in effort and finish cannot be faulted. All parties took a pragmatic approach, which obviously helped, but at no time did we feel that the decisions made in the design or installation were to 'make life easy' or compromise the design. *** Update *** Whilst the Utopia Chic Azure units look fantastic they are too easily marked and even show where the masking tape was placed on the surface. See the last two photographs for an example. I have had more scratches and scuffs in 5 weeks than I did in 5 years with a high gloss finish. Weirdly the sink basin unit doesn't have the same issues.

I came to Carvers on a recommendation. I was very impressed with the showroom, beautiful displays and a very calm, ambient setting. Unfortunately the staff members in the showroom were less than welcoming. I felt like I was interrupting their day. Unfortunately this was enough for me to go elsewhere to purchase my bathroom. A real shame.
