I made a large order of multiple sanitaryware items needed for a renovation in rural Scotland., After some initial small delays in items coming into stock, the delivery service was excellent and, overall, the customer service, in dealing with a difficult order, was consistently responsive and generally outstanding. I thoughly recommend this supplier.

They have a great choice of products, price-matched for me, sent everything with rapid delivery, and when I made a mistake on an order organised the return and refund without hassle or delay. Their customer service is exceptional, they reply immediately and help out however they can. I would not hesitate to order from them again and again and recommend them very highly.

Brilliant service. Delivered very promptly after ordering. All items arrived safely and securely. One tap which had a blemish on it was immediately replaced very promptly. Very pleasing and efficient after-service.

**Review updated from 1* to 3* in 06 Jan 2025 TL;DR: questionable product quality with repeated issues, but excellent customer service ---- I bought 2 x eye-wateringly expensive Laufen toilet seats from Bathroom Supplies Online Ltd in Sep 2024 last year. They were £200 each, but I had no choice as I spent ages searching on the internet and these were the only ones that would fit the correct dimension and shape of the toilets in the apartment (original manufacturers had ceased producing these). The quality of these toilet seats are just AWFUL - the soft close function of BOTH had ceased to work: 1st stopped working in mere 6 months, the 2nd one in 1 year 3 months. Both times, Bathroom Supplies Online LTD had been quick to raise the issue with Laufen themselves, and whilst the first time Laufen had denied replacement (which I still think is wrong of them), replacement for the second time was approved and item sent swiftly, even though the issue happened just before Christmas. I very much appreciate Brad's support throughout and his very swift responses to my emails. Unfortunately, both situations have left me questioning the quality of products stocked by Bathroom Supplies Online, and I would probably hesitate to buy from them again in case of other subpar products, but I couldn't fault the customer service in helping resolve my most recent issue.

Couldn't reasonably ask for better, looked for ages for the replacement product on the Web. Found these folks, had the part I required, cheaper than elsewhere, delivered within days, great comms. Will use them again.
