We recently ordered from Bathroom Mountain and had the pleasure of dealing with Steve. From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He really knows his stuff and took the time to answer all our questions and offer great advice. We did run into a couple of issues with stock availability, but Steve did everything he could to help and kept us informed throughout the process. Thanks to his guidance, we ended up making a few changes to our original order, and honestly, we’re even happier with the final choices than we were with our first order. Steve is fantastic with customers, easy to talk to, and knows how to have a laugh while still providing a professional service. I recently had an issue with a mixer shower I purchased from Bathroom Mountain due to a manufacturer fault, and I just wanted to leave a review to recognise the excellent customer service I received from Mike at the Hull showroom. From start to finish, Mike was professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He kept me updated, listened to my concerns, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with. We was in the process of changing a bath to shower enclosure, looked online then decided to travel to bathroom mountain. Best choice we ever made, served by well knowledgeable man. Great experience. Much better quote than anywhere else and great quality products. The guy (didn't get his name - sorry - youngish, curly hair) who helped us was fantastic, really good customer service, very helpful and friendly. Just waiting for it all to be delivered now and very excited.
